Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use OpLeak. By creating an account you confirm this.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant OpLeak a limited licence to host, display and deliver it to the audience you choose (everyone, buyers, or subscribers). You confirm that you own or have licensed all rights to your uploads and that every person who appears in them is an adult who consented to being recorded and to the content being published. See the Content Policy.

3. Coins

  • Coins are a prepaid digital balance. 100 coins = 1.00 USD.
  • Purchased coins can be spent on content, tips and subscriptions. They are not refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Coins you earn from sales, tips and subscriptions can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum payout, minus any processing fee shown in your wallet.
  • A platform fee (currently 10%) is deducted from every sale, tip and subscription before it reaches the creator.
  • We may reverse coins obtained through fraud, chargebacks or violations of these terms.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

Unlocking a pay-per-view post gives you permanent personal access to it, even if the creator later archives it. Subscriptions last 30 days and renew automatically from your coin balance unless you turn auto-renew off. Renewals never charge more than the price you originally agreed to.

5. Prohibited conduct

No illegal content, no content involving minors, no content shared without the consent of the people in it, no harassment, no spam, no attempts to circumvent paywalls or redistribute paid content.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, freeze balances pending investigation, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
