Agreement

By accessing or using opleak (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Site. You represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with applicable law in your location.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance.

Marketplace & wallet

The Site allows members to browse leak archives, purchase paid listings with wallet balance, and upload content subject to our rules. Paid purchases are generally final. Sellers receive listing proceeds minus a 10% platform fee. Referrers may earn 20% of that fee when attribution rules apply. Wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawals are subject to verification and admin review.

User content & uploads

You retain responsibility for content you upload. You must only upload material you have the right to distribute. You grant the Site a non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver your uploads to operate the service. We may remove content that violates law, these terms, or our CSAM Policy without notice.

Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content sexualizing minors — see our CSAM Policy.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxing, malware, or content you lack rights to share.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, wallet manipulation, scraping that impairs the service, or circumventing access controls.
  • Harassment, spam, or impersonation of other members or staff.

Copyright & reports

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact opleaksup@gmail.com with sufficient detail to identify the listing. Members may also use in-product report tools where available.

Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
